West Side

The west side overlooks the bay of Bangrak and has stunning views of the islands of Koh Som and Koh Phangan. It also boast a large infinity edge pool 17m x 6m with large terraces, a covered bar and Jacuzzi for 8 people. The villa has extensive living areas with large outdoor terraces for dinning. In the evening the bar area located by the west pool is an ideal spot to watch the sunset. The snooker room is located half a level up from the west terrace and is a perfect place to socialize during the evening.

East Side

The magnificent view over Tongson Bay can be enjoyed from the gymnasium with spacious terrace area and infinity pool 12m x 5m. The TV / dining room is also located on the east side..

Bedroom Suites (West)

The lower suite measures 9m x 6m with a 6m x 3m terrace. The suite has a shower area with open garden terrace. Room facilities include a 42 inch plasma tv-hifi system  with Denon surround sound with Ipod connection/DVD system/Satellite (UBC)/wireless Internet & air conditioning, The upper suite is as above but with an additional private terrace (4.5m x 4.5m) with siting area and 2 x sunloungers,parasol and table.

Master Suites Upper Level (East)

Both suites enjoy the stunning views and share a terrace with jacuzzi There is a large bath in each of the bathrooms with seperate dressing area. Room facilities include a 42" plasma tv / hifi system with Denon surround sound with ipod connection/ dvd system/ satelite (ubc)/ wireless internet and air conditioning.

Two swimming pools (East & West) both have infinity edges allowing you to enjoy the stunning views. Both are salt water systems.

This is located to the side of the swimming pool with views to the beach and surrounding bay. On request guest can enjoy a Traditional Thai Massage or a relaxing aroma oil massage.

Located on the west swimming pool terrace this area is used for relaxing and socialising. The early evening sunset views from this area are something to remember.

Both west and east pool terrace are about 100 sqm each. Both areas have sun at different times of the day. The terraces are equipped with as however many teak sunloungers you require, teak tables and parasols. The east pool terrace is situated in front of the dinning area and to the side of the gymnasium. This is a nice place to evade the sun in the afternoon as the property gives a lot of shade. The west terrace gets the sun from about 10:00am until sunset.

Upper terrace on east side is mostly shaded from early afternoon until sunset. This area is a private area to the two master bedroom suites on the east side of the property. The area benefits from a Jacuzzi which overhangs the east terrace with stunning bay views.

Large fitness room with state of the art equipment and sound system. This gym is a professional design and installed by Techno Gym one of the leading suppliers. The gym consists of a full Kinesis range of machines, one of the latest equipment available on the market. The gym also boast other top of the range equipment as follows. Treadmill / Exercise Bike / Stepper / Cross Trainer   and  Cardio Wave Machine (All Techno Gym). In addition to the above there is also a full set of free weights-benches and barbells – dumbbells. At the rear of the gym is an open terrace at the side of a beautiful Koi Carp pond and water feature. . (NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS ARE ALOUD IN THE GYM).

This room is situated on the east side of the property with open access onto a large terrace and BBQ area. The dinning table caters for 8 people and is positioned to maximise the view. This room is large (12m x 6m) and is also home to a state of the art sound and viewing system. This equipment includes a 50 inch Pioneer Plasma TV, Denon Amp and DVD player with professional JBL Surround Sound. (NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS ARE ALOUD IN THIS AREA UNSUPERVISED DUE TO THE EXPENSE OF THE EQUIPMENT).

The property is equipped with a state of the art Bosch alarm with CCTV cameras in the basement area which record all activity onto a hard drive. The property is fitted with motion censors throughout. Each room is fitted with smoke alarms which are wired into the alarm system. Guests operate the bedroom alarms with a key fob when staying in the property to keep there rooms secure. The area also has 24 hour security guards which patrol the perimeter of the property on a regular basis.

A full time manager is on hand throughout your stay.

The owner refurbished and imported this full size antique snooker table which as been in his family for over seventy years.(NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS ARE ALOUD TO PLAY ON THE TABLE).

The property has full wireless internet throughout if you bring your own notebook. Guest will also have access to a computer and the internet within the property.

The property is perfectly situated just 10 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes drive from the nightlife of Chewang or the many fine restaurants of the fishermans village in Bophut. There are secluded beaches to the east and west of the property just a short walk down the hill. The pier to neighbouring  islands is situated in Ban Rak just a 5 minutes drive from the property.

Parking / Access Area

This area has a four car garage with water feature, Generator Room (standby), Wine cellar, Laundry room, general storage room, mechanical room for pools, maids/ manager’s bedrooms and the main Kitchen area (not guest kitchen). This area is also the main entrance to the villa. The east and west side of the villa can be accessed via separate stairs from each side of the basement area.
