This gym is a professional design and installed by Techno Gym a leading equipment supplier. The gym has a full Kinesis range of machines so you can power train in safety or take advantage of the free weights if you have a spotter. The gym also boast Treadmill / Exercise Bike / Stepper / Cross Trainer and Cardio Wave Machine (All Techno Gym). (Due to insurance issues - NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS ARE ALOUD IN THE GYM).
